The client is responsible for providing Yaqoot with accurate and up-to-date information to ensure proper service delivery. The client is also responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.

Service Implementation

Services are delivered according to the agreed-upon package. Yaqoot reserves the right to make minor technical adjustments or modifications necessary to improve the quality of delivery and serve the client's best interests.

E-commerce Services

E-commerce store creation and design services (depending on the package) include:

Store creation on Salla or Zed

Theme activation and domain connection

Adding products and organizing categories

Integrating shipping companies

Activating electronic payment gateways, including Tabby and Tamara

Yaqoot delivers a fully operational store. Please note that some processes may involve third parties.

Resume and LinkedIn Services

Resume and LinkedIn account services are provided based on the information supplied by the client, including the number of revisions specified in each package.

Payment and Cancellation

Work begins upon completion of payment.

If cancellation is requested before work commences, the request will be considered at the stage of the project.

Once the service is delivered, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

Privacy

Yaqoot is committed to maintaining the privacy of client data and using it solely for the purpose of providing the service.

Intellectual Property Rights

Intellectual property rights for designs and templates remain with Yaqoot unless otherwise agreed.

Limitations of Liability

Yaqoot makes every effort to provide a high-quality service, without guaranteeing specific commercial or functional outcomes.
